These terms govern access to the LacerisOne public website and its publicly available materials.

These Terms of Service are between you and LacerisOne, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company (“LacerisOne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Additional or different terms will apply to Nexyron™, demonstrations, Private Preview participation, customer accounts, or other services provided under a separate agreement.

You may use this website only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide information and act on its behalf.

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that harms its availability, misrepresent your identity, or use the website to violate another person's rights.

5. Product and preview status
The Nexyron Private Preview is planned but is not yet open. Expressions of interest do not guarantee selection, participation, a demonstration, or a response within a particular period. Descriptions of planned capabilities, documentation, demo environments, or other future offerings are informational and may change. Nothing on this website creates a commitment to deliver a particular feature or release date.

Website forms are not a secure channel for passwords, regulated personal information, confidential security details, trade secrets, or other sensitive information.
