LacerisOne, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company (“LacerisOne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this public website and its inquiry forms. The website is intended primarily for business audiences in the United States and is not intentionally targeted or marketed to individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom. This policy does not govern a customer's use of Nexyron™ under a separate agreement or product-specific privacy terms.

Microsoft Azure provides website hosting, API processing, and email delivery. We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or non-essential analytics on this website. Essential technical storage and logs may be used for security and functionality. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the website's current behavior. We will update this policy and introduce any required controls before enabling non-essential tracking technologies.
